MECHANICAL INSPECTIONS and
CONSULTING SERVICES:
Have
us inspect the heating, air conditioning or
commercial refrigeration in the home,
business or building you are interested in
purchasing and get an expert opinion and
detailed report on the condition and
estimated repairs needed before you buy. We
do in depth inspections including starting,
cycling, and checking of all parts and
controls to get a true analysis of the
equipment performance. We can also provide
you with proposed replacement, retrofit or
equipment changes recommended for your
anticipated use and needs.
