24 Hour Emergency
Heater Repair Service In Chicago
Most heater repairs are simple and relatively
inexpensive if diagnosed properly and repaired early
on. Over 50% of our home heater repairs are
performed for less than $500, and many of those
for less than $250! Other problems can include
faulty draft inducers, blower motors, or worst case
scenario bad heat exchangers. Unless there are
multiple issues or a bad heat exchanger, we will
usually recommend repairing the heater for much less
than the cost of replacing it.
Only in the worst cases do the cost of repairs outweigh the cost of replacing the heater and by far is the minority of issues we find. Lack of regular service and maintenance is the main reason for unit failures that can be easily avoided. We provide planned maintenance agreements for homes and businesses that greatly help in eliminating breakdowns and reducing your energy costs. Ask us for a free estimate.
There is the additional benefit of energy savings
if you replace your heater with a higher efficiency
system. Most new higher end systems will also run
quieter and some are capable of staging and/or
variable speed operation which can even out
temperature swings between off-on cycles and between
different rooms.

We service and repair most types of residential and commercial steam and hot water boilers and systems including:
Weil McLain - Peerless - Utica - Crown - HB Smith - Burnham - Viessmann - Laars - AO Smith - Raypak - Rheem and more...
Rooftop heater units, also known as
RTUs (rooftop unit air conditioners), are
self-contained heating and cooling systems installed
on the rooftop of a building. They provide both
heating and cooling to individual zones or floors of a
building, and are often used in commercial and
industrial settings. RTUs typically consist of a fan
coil unit, a condenser coil, and a control panel, and
can be powered by electricity or gas. They are
commonly used in areas where individual zoning is
required, such as hospitals, schools, and office
buildings, and are often more cost-effective than
installing separate heating and cooling systems for
each zone.
